I have been active in the outdoor industry since 2001, serving many roles including camp counselor, wilderness guide, activity specialist, and program director. With a degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Administration focusing in Outdoor Recreation from Western Illinois University, I am passionate about helping use adventure education to provide growth and learning opportunities to individuals and groups.
I worked with S.T.E.P.S., Inc. from the Spring of 2008 to 2010 as a Manager of Program Support Services and Canopy Tour Trainer as well as a High & Low Ropes Trainer.
Currently I am working with Project Adventure as their Staffing Coordinator for Training and Consulting. When I am not in the office which is most of the time I am training various PA workshops.
Some of my favorite things outside of work include cycling, sea kayaking, climbing, hiking, and being with Brooke his wife and two dogs, Dudley and Lucy.
ArborTrek Mother Nature has been stingy with the snow this year in the Northeast, but the zipping is great. Join us in Vermont for some great fun this Holiday.
