Step up, snap on, and you're flying! ArborTrek's new Zipline Canopy Tour at Smugglers' Notch Resort is the first zip line tour of its kind in Vermont and guaranteed to give you an experience you'll never forget.

Following a mountain brook from high above Smugglers' Notch Resort Village, the 2 1/2 to 3-hour Zipline Canopy Tour descends through mature stands of hemlock, white birch, and sugar maple. You'll soar down more than 4,200 feet of ziplines, cross suspension bridges, and rappel from trees. Enjoy stunning, seldom seen views of Smugglers' Notch Resort, Mount Mansfield, and Vermont's Green Mountains from scenic lookouts and tree platforms positioned high in the forest canopy. Along the way you'll learn from your guide about the local flora and fauna, ecology and natural history. The Canopy Tour is open to Resort guests, day visitors and groups for year-round use.  Advance reservations are highly recommended.
 
Tour Pricing: $99.95 plus taxes and fees; 10% off for all Smugglers Notch Resort guests, owners, and pass holders

Restrictions/Requirements: weight req: 70 lbs to 250 lbs; height: 48" or taller; age: 8 years and older

My brother and I had a fantastic time, something really differnt from the usual hiking and biking. Tour guides were lovely, thanks guys!

Just checked this off my liist, what an experience,it was absolutely amazing.My boy Vincent loved it and my daughter Erica was as afraid as myself at the start,but now we would definately do it again. Our tour guides were the best and made us laugh off our original fear,we'll be back next year, thank you for a great time.

awesome guides and other awesome employees. very nice and welcoming. for people afraid of heights, it is an amazing, thrilling experience. i, not being afraid of heights, wished it was higher up. the highest was 75 ft which was plenty high enough for most people. i had a great day, it was an awesome time getting to know the guides and the others in my group of 8 people which was a very decent size. not too big not too small.
