Awesome fun time in the trees

This was our first tree canopy tour and loved it. We are planning on doing a zip line tour in each of the 50 states, and I'm so glad that we picked Lake Geneva Canopy Tours. Very professional all the way from the folks greeting us to the guides, even the brakers at the end of the last line. Can't say enough of our time there.
The most fun I've ever had on a leash

Their zip-lining course is extremely safe (you are always clipped onto a wire), every part of the course is well maintained and build from beautiful cedar, and their guides are fairly friendly. The two guides we had clearly enjoyed their job helping us around the course. One of the guides was very laid back, the other was very particular and would scold you if you didn't land on the platform perfectly. Overall it was a good experience, and my grandfather who is normally afraid of heights made it though saying it was "pretty good". My father said it was "the most fun I've ever had on a leash."

Their platforms have no hand rails, so you have to hug the trees in the center. The suspension bridges are very wobbly, and can make you nauseous. The inaccurate price reported in the paper was $30 less than the $85 price they charged per person. When making the reservation over the phone two days in advance, they did not quote the total before charging my grandmother's card, so we were surprised to find out how much we had paid when we got there. No refunds were an option, and they offered little flexibility when it came to price, even to large groups. Altogether, we heard the course cost several millions of dollars to build, so be prepared to help them pay for it!
