- Cursor over the profile top at the top of the page and click on Edit Details
- Confirm that the e-mail address entered is correct.
- Click on the privacy link at the top of the page
- Confirm that Able to Receive System E-mails and Able to Receive Application Details is set to "Yes"
If after checking these setting, you are still not receiving e-mails, please check your e-mail program spam filters to ensure that mail from ziplinenirvana.com is not being blocked.
