I am not receiving e-mails. How can I correct the problem?

There are several common problems associated with not receiving e-mails.  Prior to contacting support, please complete the following steps.

  1. Login to your account at http://www.ziplinenirvana.com
  2. Cursor over the profile top at the top of the page and click on Edit Details
  3. Confirm that the e-mail address entered is correct. 
  4. Click on the privacy link at the top of the page
  5. Confirm that Able to Receive System E-mails and Able to Receive Application Details is set to "Yes"

If after checking these setting, you are still not receiving e-mails, please check your e-mail program spam filters to ensure that mail from ziplinenirvana.com is not being blocked.
